"New motherhood was really overwhelming for me. It was wonderful to have this space with other women where we talked about everything and supported each other."

FAQs

Is the peer support group free?

Yes, completely. No card details, no trial period, no catch. The groups are part of our commitment to making some form of perinatal support accessible for everyone.

What's the difference between peer support and group therapy?

Peer support is an open, facilitated space for connection and shared experience — it’s not therapy, and it’s not designed to be.

Group therapy is a structured, clinician-led programme with a defined therapeutic approach and specific outcomes. If you’re interested in trying this with us, sign up for our waitlist and be the first to hear when we open slots.

Do I have to be struggling to join?

Not at all and in fact – how wonderful if you aren’t. Our groups are here for you no matter how you experience the shifts of becoming a mother — whether you’re facing emotional challenges or simply want space to talk and share.

Can I do group therapy and 1:1 therapy at the same time?

Yes. Some mothers find group therapy is enough on its own; others combine it with individual sessions, particularly if they’re working through something that needs more private space. If you’re unsure what combination makes sense for you, the free 15-minute call is a good place to start.

What if I can't make a support group or group therapy session?

New motherhood is nothing if not unpredictable. While we encourage you to reserve the weekly time as space for yourself, we know things get in the way. Simply join again the following week.
