Some key terms
- - Booking in advance: Please purchase your session(s) at least 48 hours in advance to secure your booking.
- - Cancellations & rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let your therapist know as soon as possible.
- - Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be possible and cancellations will be charged.
- - Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the scheduled time.
- - Refunds & transfers: Purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
