Update: Our Spring 2026 postnatal peer support group is now closed. We're now accepting sign-ups for our summer group below.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Sign up for our six-week online group programme for new mothers.

Our peer support programme brings together a small group of mothers at a similar stage of the journey for six weeks of honest chat about identity shifts, feelings of failure, relationship challenges and body image – think of it as a live, human alternative to doom-scrolling forums.

What can I expect? Each cohort is closed, small (max 8 spaces), and facilitated by a trained specialist in perinatal wellbeing. Sessions run weekly for 60 minutes and explore a different theme each week – designed to cover the most common issues we see in the postnatal phase.

Who is it for? This programme is for mothers who are under 12 months postpartum (it doesn’t have to be your first baby). You don’t need to be struggling to join. You just need to be willing to show up.

What does it cost? This programme is free. We ask that you register for the full six weeks and do your best to show up each session — not because we’ll check your attendance, but because the people in your group will show up expecting to see you.

When does it start? We’re currently building our next cohort. Once we have enough people registered, we’ll confirm the start date and reach out to everyone to agree on a time that works.

“I’m so glad I joined a postnatal support group. Every time I see the faces of my fellow group members, I feel reassured in knowing that I’m not alone.”
